Warner Home Video have announced the US DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of The Hangover on 15th December 2009. This Las Vegas-set blockbuster comedy from director Todd Phillips is centred around three groomsmen who lose their about-to-be-wed buddy during their drunken misadventures, then must retrace their steps in order to find him. The film stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha and Heather Graham.
Available on 1-Disc DVD (Theatrical Cut, $28.98 SRP), 2-Disc Special Edition DVD (Theatrical/Unrated, $34.99 SRP) and Blu-ray Disc (Theatrical/Unrated, $35.99 SRP), features are outlined below…
1-Disc DVD - Includes the theatrical cut (99mins) with no extras. The disc includes both Widescreen and Full Screen presentations with English, French and Spanish audio (DD5.1) and subtitle options.
2-Disc Special Edition DVD - Includes both the Theatrical (99mins) and Unrated (108mins) versions of the film, a Digital Copy (Theatrical Cut) and the following extras:
Blu-ray Disc - Includes all of the 2-Disc SE DVD content plus a few exclusives. Features include:

The exrtas sound very weak, especially for a 2-disc SE.

The just released UK BR specs include a picture in picture commentary. I would have thought that would be here as well.
Wish they would include it as just a regular commentary on the DVD. I like commentaries but I can't say that I feel watching the participants is necessary.
