Universal Studios Home Entertainment have announced the US DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of Robin Hood on 21st September 2010. Russell Crowe reunites with director Ridley Scott to reveal the untold story of a common archer’s rise to become a hero.

Available on 1-Disc DVD, 2-Disc SE DVD and 3-Disc Blu-ray Combo (includes BD, DVD & Digital Copy), all editions include the original theatrical cut (141mins) and the unrated director’s cut (156mins). Extras are outlined below…

As ever typical Ridley Scott and his Director's Cut ploy! but being the Scott fan i am the package sounds good
and i probably will go for the Blu-Ray

For Crying Out Loud! Where’s the region1DVD I will not buy the rubbish dtsHDMA bluray I hate dtsHDMA!

All I see on Play.com are region2DVD and the rubbish bluray. SIGH What gives!

That was region2 DVD artwork the price is roughly £17.00 pounds. I’ll wait till Play.com UK gets it on their system.
