As with Mutants, the amount Momentum think they will sell of a niche foreign language horror film doesn't justify the cost to produce it on Blu-Ray so they feel it would not be worthwhile to release one at this time.
On the other hand The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo does have a large enough audience and so does have a Blu-Ray release even though it's in Swedish.
And even better the 3 hr versions will be released by Momentum next year!
I suppose we should be grateful to get any of the above films with their original language at all.
I am trying to confirm if La Horde is the 90 or 101 min cut of the film but it has yet to be certified hence TBC above...

The reason I talk about a 101 min version is because I know someone whose wife works in marketing in France.
She lent him a review/promotional copy which was 101m30odd seconds long but there was no subtitles on it, he did a running commentary for me although there's not lots and lots of talking. I got the impression there was to be two releases in France the theatrical 93 min cut on DVD and the Uncut 101 min on Blu-Ray?

The English subs I addded in my media player after loading the BD "file" onto it.
Before you ask not sure what the xtra 8 minutes were as I've not seen the theatrical version but I didn't really see anything that I thought "Yes that wasn't needed"
Very full on and very violent in a RoboCop way as the violence in certain scenes just goes on and on but in agood way!
More violent than Mutants but not quite as scary or atmospheric but still way better than anything coming from the US.
Recommended!

First all the gore and zombie action is intact in the short version.
Secondly I think I actually preferred the 93 min version.
The extra 9 minutes are all in the beginning of the film before it gets going:-
In the grave yard, extensions to current dialogue and some new dialogue mainly with the dead cops wife to his team and Tony talking more.
Then there is a few minutes beating up a snitch to tell them where the Gansters are hiding out.
Then a scene in the van travelling to the tower block with them talking about what they are going to do to the gangsetsr when they get there.
It's OK stuff but does not really add to the film and only slightly detracts when it's missing.
Nobody is watching this really for character development and that's all its trying to do but it does slow us down from getting to the action and it's not really missed.
The longer version is not as bad as the Rambo 4 extended cut (which slowed the film AND trimmed the violence WTF!!??) but in the end I did prefer it getting to the action that much quicker in the 93 min version.
So I would call the German "UNCUT" BluRay the Extended version as I really think that UNCUT (it's in capitals on the cover!) tag is just a marketing ploy to make people think there is extra gore/violence which sadly there is not.
